Branding and Creativity Strategist

Robin Landa is the creative director of her own firm, robinlanda.com, in Manhattan, and collaborates with Mike Sickinger, principal and creative director of Lava Dome Creative, as well as with Denise Anderson, design and creative strategist at Creative Matters.

Robin has won many awards for design, writing, teaching, and creative leadership, including National Society of Arts and Letters, The National League of Pen Women, and she was a finalist in the Wall Street Journal’s 2007 Creative Leaders competition.

Robin has worked closely with marketing executives to develop brand strategy, give creativity seminars and develop brand stories. With the keen ability to connect the seeming unconnected, Robin uses her research and writing to support her design practice.

At Kean University of New Jersey, she holds the title of Distinguished Professor in the Department of Design. The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching included Landa among the "great teachers of our time."

Robin is the author of twelve published books about creativity and design including Designing Brand Experiences, Graphic Design Solutions, and Advertising By Design. Most recently, Robin had two #1 best-selling non-fiction Amazon Shorts titled, “Advertising: 11 Insights from Creative Directors” and “Branding: 10 Truths Behind Successful Brands.” Most of Robin Landa’s books have been translated into Chinese and Spanish.
